The Client was struggling with the online store due to the difficulties in retaining customers. The online store was unpolished and lacked integration with services that are popular among consumers. The website didn’t include features that could create a customer loyalty base and a content management system. That is why the Client hired an eCommerce store development company to fix these issues.
Our eCommerce store development team systematically approached the issue and created a core Magento 1 platform with the Client’s demands in mind. Later, it was decided to perform Magento 1 to Magento 2 migration in order to extend the capabilities of the platform to collect data to be used for enhanced customer service.
